5 Week Yoga Therapy Series for Navigating Discomfort


Join Yoga Therapist Jill Manos C-IAYT for a 5 week virtual series to explore somatic practices to support nervous system regulation and support navigating discomfort both physically and emotionally.

Each week will focus on a different theme that creates space to better connect to self and all that is present through somatic movement/yoga poses, trauma informed mindfulness techniques and self-reflection. 


On a regular basis we are experiencing many layers of discomfort - both physically and emotionally - and trying to figure out how to be present with them. Sometimes this is easier than others. This series is here to support you in building your ability to attune to what is present and create space to respond to the discomforts without forcing them away. By creating space to be with we are better able to feel/hear what is beneath the surface and actually help it shift both on and off of the mat.
